Acceptable use policy

1. Intended use

Hearthkin products are for normal domestic household use, following the safety and care guidance on each product page and its packaging.

2. Safety boundaries

• Do not use our products to attempt any gas, water or electrical modification, repair or installation. Such work must be done by a qualified professional.
• Follow all hot water bottle safety guidance: never use boiling water, do not overfill, and replace perished bottles.
• Confirm walls and surfaces can carry the load before fixing hooks, shelves or organisers.
• Keep small parts away from children under 3, and supervise use of warmth items around infants and vulnerable people.

3. No misuse of the store

• Do not use the store unlawfully, fraudulently, or to disrupt its operation or security.
• Do not attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access.

4. Reviews and user content

If you submit a review or photo, it must be your own, truthful, and must not contain other people's private information or anything unlawful, infringing or offensive. See our content license.

5. Enforcement
