Where do you ship, and how much is delivery?
We ship worldwide with tracking. Delivery is calculated at checkout in USD based on your address; members on paid tiers receive included shipping. See the shipping & delivery policy for timings.
What is your returns window?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days (extended to 60 or 90 days for Hearth and Homestead members). Hygiene items such as used towels, eye masks, pillowcases and hot water bottles cannot be returned once opened. See the returns & refunds policy.
Are the hot water bottles or warmth items medical products?
No. Hot water bottles, foot warmers, eye masks and neck pillows are for everyday comfort and warmth only. They are not medical devices and we make no therapeutic claims. Never fill a hot water bottle with boiling water and follow the printed safety guidance.
Are the kitchen items food-safe?
Yes. Silicone utensils, airtight containers, insulated mugs and tea strainers are food-grade (FDA / LFGB). Check the printed temperature and dishwasher/microwave guidance on each piece.
Do you install anything or offer plumbing or heating work?
No. Hearthkin sells physical home goods only. We do not sell gas, water or electrical hardware and we do not install or repair anything. Any heating, plumbing, gas or electrical work must be carried out by a qualified professional.
