1. Who we are

2. What we sell

Hearthkin sells unbranded physical home goods only: comfort textiles (throws, cushion covers, pillowcases), warmth items (covered hot water bottles, foot warmers, eye masks, neck pillows), bath and kitchen storage, food-grade silicone kitchenware and food storage, cleaning tools and related household items.

3. What we do not sell or do

• We do not sell boilers, radiators, heat pumps, thermostats, pipes, valves, taps, electric blankets or any device that connects to gas, water or mains power.
• We do not install, service, repair or arrange any heating, plumbing, gas or electrical work, and we do not book tradespeople.
• Any such work must be carried out by an appropriately qualified and licensed professional. Our products must not be used to attempt gas, water or electrical modifications.

4. Product use, safety and no medical claims

• Comfort and warmth items (hot water bottles, foot warmers, eye masks, neck pillows) are for everyday comfort only. They are not medical devices and we make no therapeutic, health or circulation claims.
• Hot water bottles: never fill with boiling water, do not overfill, seal firmly, keep away from bare skin for long periods, check regularly for perishing and replace as needed. Keep away from infants and anyone who cannot manage heat safely.
• Food-contact items (silicone utensils, containers, insulated mugs, tea strainers) are food-grade (FDA / LFGB); follow the printed temperature and care guidance.
• Wall hooks, shelves and organisers: confirm the wall and surface can carry the load before fixing. Installation is the customer's responsibility. Small parts may be a choking hazard — keep away from children under 3.
• We make no energy-saving or cost-saving claims about heating, gas or electricity.

5. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD) and shown before checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe on secure, Stripe-hosted pages. An order is accepted when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs) and will refund any payment taken.

6. Delivery, customs, taxes and title

We ship worldwide with tracking. Delivery times and fees are shown at checkout. Import duties or taxes, where they apply, are the customer's responsibility. Risk and ownership in the goods pass to you on delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and tell us promptly about any damage, shortage or wrong item so we can put it right.

7. Membership

Paid memberships (Hearth, Homestead) are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in USD via Stripe. They provide member pricing, included shipping and extended returns. They are not a stored balance, credit or points scheme, and benefits do not roll over. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

9. Acceptable use and content

Your use of the store is subject to our acceptable use policy and content license.

10. Age

You must be 18 or over to buy, or 13–17 with a parent or guardian's consent. The store is not for children under 13.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for misuse of products contrary to the safety guidance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.
