Returns & refunds policy

1. Standard returns window

You can return unused items in their original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery. Hearth members have 60 days and Homestead members have 90 days. Items must be in resaleable condition.

2. Hygiene exclusions

For health and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used: bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, eye masks, pillowcases, foot warmers and hot water bottles. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.

3. Faulty, damaged, wrong or missing items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or we send the wrong or an incomplete order, tell us within 14 days at support@alakinsonplu.shop. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping for faulty items.

4. How to start a return

• Email support@alakinsonplu.shop with your order number and the items you want to return.
• We will confirm the return address and any instructions.
• Pack items securely in their original packaging and send them back within the window.

5. Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns you are responsible for return shipping. For faulty, damaged, wrong or missing items we cover the cost.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued in USD for the price paid. Original outbound shipping is refunded only where the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

7. Membership cancellations

You can cancel a paid membership at any time; it remains active until the end of the current paid period and is not pro-rated. Membership fees are not a stored balance and are not refundable except where required by law.

8. Your statutory rights

These terms are in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be excluded by law. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
