Shipping & delivery policy

We ship Hearthkin orders worldwide with tracking. Here is what to expect.

1. Where we ship

We deliver worldwide. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout in USD based on your destination. Hearth members receive standard shipping included; Homestead members receive express shipping included.

2. Processing and dispatch

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You receive a confirmation and tracking link when your order ships.

3. Delivery estimates

  • Domestic (UK): typically 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Europe: typically 4–9 business days after dispatch.
  • United States, Canada & rest of world: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates; carrier and customs handling can affect timing.

4. Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking has not updated for several days, contact support@alakinsonplu.shop and we will chase the carrier.

5. Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping price.

6. Delays, damage and lost parcels

If an order is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or appears lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. See our returns & refunds policy.

7. Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will always try to help.
